#pilates4life2020 – 1 of 31: Standing Roll Down

๐ŸŒŸ This is our #pilates4life2020 initiative. Don’t worry if you’ve never done Pilates before… join in and stay with us all month!

๐ŸŒŸ The idea is to move, not be perfect. Have a go, try it out – you might surprise yourself! Remember that we are all human and together we are stronger! And practice makes us stronger and better!

๐ŸŒŸ The instructions are short. Do what you can, if you have any doubts, remember that I’m here and I love to help!

๐ŸŒŸ At the end we’ll meet up and do all the exercises together at Birmingham Plates Studios. Hints and Tips

๐Ÿ’ก Imagine thereโ€™s a prickly cactus right in front you you. Roll up and over it so as not to get impaled!

๐Ÿ’ก Try this exercise standing against a wall and get every little bit of your back to contact the wall…

๐Ÿ’ก The objective isnโ€™t to touch your toes! Remember (and this is super important) Pilates meets you wherever you are in your journey!
