Mat Pilates - Female Only Small Group

Our Classical Mat Pilates classes offer a supportive, focused way to build strength, mobility, and body awareness using the original Pilates mat repertoire.

Taught in small groups in our beautiful new studio, these classes allow for individual attention while still enjoying the energy of practising together. The mat work is intelligent, effective, and deeply empowering,  developing ‘powerhouse’ strength, posture, flexibility, and control.

These sessions are open to all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced movers. Exercises are layered and adapted so you can work safely at your own pace, with options to challenge yourself as your confidence grows.

Led by teacher trainer Sarah Janes with a calm, attentive teaching style, our classes prioritise quality of movement, breath, and connection, helping you leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and stretched.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to your mat, these classes offer a welcoming space to move, learn, and feel good in your body. Class every Wednesday (term time) 3-3:45pm. Limited spaces, so booking essential.
