New to Pilates, from day one I was standing taller. Every time I feel my body getting stronger and my posture and alignment improving. Olga demonstrates and explains everything really well. Her extensive training and experience clearly evident. It is fascinating to observe all the little tweaks she makes and she ensures the sessions are varied and interesting. She is patient and encouraging. It is definitely a worthwhile investment. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

He was very patient and understanding and catered each lesson to my specific needs. I felt he really took the time to understand what my body needed and how far I could go. He is very positive but also really encourages you to challenge yourself, so you leave feeling you've achieved a lot! Would highly recommend and will definitely return if ever in Birmingham again.
