Group Classes at Birmingham Pilates Studios

We offer a variety of group classes throughout the week, including Lunchtime Mat Classes, to Restorative Pilates incorporating Mat, Reformer and other apparatus. Group classes are suitable for beginners to advanced, and we can customise the schedule to fit your company’s schedule. 
 
Our experienced instructors will guide your employees through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique. 

Online Live Stream Pilates

Online and on-demand classes are streamed throughout the week and can be accessed from your office, hotel or in the comfort of your own home. Your employees can choose to participate in any of our classes individually, or we can organise a group class just for your team!

Pilates On-Site

Our team of certified instructors provides on-site Pilates classes that fit seamlessly into busy work schedules, leaving employees feeling energized, focused and more productive than ever before. By bringing Pilates to the workplace, we’re making it easier than ever for employees to stay fit and healthy, while fostering a positive and supportive company culture.
