🌟 Everything! But mainly: inner and outer thighs, the seat & sides (… to get technical: quads, glutes and internal & external obliques as well as the quadratus lumborum, erector spinae, spinalis and the deep posterior spinal group.) phew!!!⁠

A Quick Guide to Bananas


🌟 Are you falling forward of backwards? Squeeze your seat and pull in your abs!⁠
🌟 Pull your bottom leg against the top one. ⁠
🌟 Keep your legs straight and point your feet – reach out your legs long – and then reach them out longer still!!!⁠
🌟 Try not to bend forwards, not backwards in the small of your back: stay straight and long… did I say long?⁠⁠
