💡 Imagine that your spine is the arc of a ball, wheel or a hoop that retains its curve as it rolls. This will help you get a smooth rolling movement.
💡 If you have difficulty with this exercise, continue practising Rollin Like a Ball.
💡 If you lack balance or coordination, start with your knees further away from your shoulders, arms outside your upper thighs and hands holding your thighs just above your knees.
