🌟 Try each four, then six times and then go back and repeat them, all without stopping!⁠

👉🏽 Developing lumbo-pelvic stabilization⁠

A Quick Guide to Single Straight Leg Stretch

💡 Think of a hand held fan opening and closing again with a firm swishing sound.⁠
💡 Like that fan,move your legs so quickly that they create a blur of movement.⁠
💡 Maintain consistent trunk flexion throughout the exercise.⁠
💡 Keep your neck and shoulders relaxed.⁠

Alternative:⁠
If this exercise is a challenge for you, substitute the Hamstring stretches until you can manage it better.⁠
