A Quick Guide to Single Straight Leg Stretch
💡 Think of a hand held fan opening and closing again with a firm swishing sound.
💡 Like that fan,move your legs so quickly that they create a blur of movement.
💡 Maintain consistent trunk flexion throughout the exercise.
💡 Keep your neck and shoulders relaxed.
Alternative:
If this exercise is a challenge for you, substitute the Hamstring stretches until you can manage it better.
