A Quick Guide to The Wall Roll Downs

💡 Imagine there’s a prickly cactus right in front you you. Roll up and over it so as not to get impaled!⁠
💡 Try this exercise standing against a wall and get every little bit of your back to contact the wall…⁠
💡 The objective isn’t to touch your toes! Remember (and this is super important) Pilates meets you wherever you are in your journey!⁠
