Quick Intro: Hip Dips
I like to think of this type of exercise as an “anti-side bend but anti-rotational” exercise, in contrast to “Typewriter” which is an “side bend but anti-rotation” exercise.
What’s it good for? โ
๐ The objective here is to increase spinal mobility, control and strength.

Title
๐ Drop one hip, and then the other, allowing the spine to rotate.
๐ Try with a “flat back” and then try with a curved spine.ย Which is more challenging for you?
Hints & Tips:
๐ย Keep the movement on each side the same.
