👉🏽 Abdominal activation whilst on all fours.⁠

 

 

A Quick Guide to Sternum Drops & Knees Off

💡 When you lift off your knees, lower then down slowly and with control⁠
💡 Drop and lift your shoulders as much as you can⁠
💡 Create a connection from the floor to your shoulder blades through straight elbows.⁠
💡 If you can do this exercise… why not try a plank – you’ll need it for later exercises!⁠
