A Quick Guide to Sternum Drops & Knees Off
💡 When you lift off your knees, lower then down slowly and with control
💡 Drop and lift your shoulders as much as you can
💡 Create a connection from the floor to your shoulder blades through straight elbows.
💡 If you can do this exercise… why not try a plank – you’ll need it for later exercises!
