What’s it good for?
This is the first exercise that you’ll need a mat for – be sure to use a fairly thick one or two together You really don’t want a bruised spine.

A Quick Guide to Rolling Like a Ball
💡 Make your ball as small as you can.
💡 Keep your shoulders away from your ears – they’re mutually allergic!
💡 Don’t use momentum to roll backwards nor forwards.
💡 Press you hands into your shins and shins into your hands
