Quick Intro: Side Lying Rocking

A very common problem people have when starting to learn side lying exercises is that it’s sometimes difficult to understand that the objective is to maintain the body totally stable.  This preparatory exercise helps to identify that feeling and learn the sensation when we are perfectly aligned on the mat.

A quick “how to”…

Side Lying Rocking

🌟 Get yourself into the Side Series set up position (Pelvic Pushes here).
🌟 Rock backwards and forwards until you find a position that is balanced halfway between the two.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_video link=”″ class=”sc-cIShpX ilfxwF”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]

Hints & Tips:

🌟 Press your head into your hands and your hands into your head to activate your shoulders – this will give you shoulder stability.
🌟 Use your butt to squeeze your inner thighs and heels together to help stabilise your lower body.
