Imagine that your foot is a dog’s tail as you move it from side to side. This will help to increase the flexibility of the hip joint as well as the spine.

A quick “how to”…

Tail Wag

🌟 From your natural alignment in all fours position, lift one foot off the floor.
🌟 Rotate the thigh so that your lower leg moves from side to side
🌟 Follow your foot with your eyes to take your spine into a side bend.


Hints & Tips:

🌟 Just like it says n the tin!  Imagine your lower leg is a tail – watch it as it moves from side to side.
